After roof, siding, window screen and gutter damage resulting from a major hail storm, Jake from Built Right was dedicated and persistent to work with my insurance company and get coverage for all my damage. He was so helpful in walking me through the process with my insurance company, which took many months! The Built Right team hired polite and professional contractors to perform all the work. With every issue that came up, Jake and Andy were always willing to work to make it right and I would highly recommend them!

Jake with Built-Right has been helping with my exterior home repair for over a year and a half, and has been very professional, responsive, and courteous during the whole process. I trust his judgement on inspections, and he has worked hard to ensure my insurance paid when / where warranted. He made my first insurance claim easy, and could always answer the questions that I had. We love the quality of our new-looking house after he and Darnell and crew finished it!

Jake was great to work with. He is knowledgeable about his product and dealt with the insurance adjuster for me. His crew was fast and efficient, and my roof looks solid. We upgraded to Class 4 shingles, so, sadly, we might not be seeing Jake and his crew on our roof for a LONG time.
